Community

HKSG is a place where people show up as they are.

Different backgrounds, different experiences, different reasons for being here. What people tend to have in common is that something made connection harder for a while — and they're finding their way back to it.

Activities happen in cafés, workshops, community spaces, and online. The format changes. The atmosphere doesn't: relaxed, no pressure, nobody at the front of the room telling you what to think.

Coming in person

All venues are step-free and accessible. Each listing includes parking, bathroom, and access details. If you have specific needs — seating, a quieter space, help with transport — let us know when you get in touch.

Joining online

Online participation is a full option, not a fallback. If getting to a venue isn't possible right now, you can join group chats, online sessions, and community conversations from wherever you are. Details are included in each event listing.

What to expect

Activities are low-key by design. Most run for an hour or two, follow a loose structure, and don't require you to commit to anything beyond showing up. You're welcome to come once and see how it feels.

If you're not sure whether something is right for you, get in touch and ask. There's no awkward answer to that question here.
