Contacting someone can feel difficult — especially if you're unsure what you're experiencing, worried about being believed, or not ready to take action.

You don't need to have it worked out before you get in touch. You can contact us to ask a question, to talk something through, to find out about a workshop or a coffee, or simply to be heard. You don't need a reason beyond the fact that something doesn't feel right.

What to expect

We listen first, without pressure and without judgement. You won't be asked to disclose more than you want to, or to make any decisions. Whatever you share is treated with care.

There are legal limits to confidentiality that apply in certain circumstances — specifically, when there is an immediate risk to a child's safety. If that becomes relevant, we'll tell you before anything changes. Otherwise, what you share stays with us.

We'll respond at a pace that works for you. If we're not the right fit for what you need, we'll help you find someone who is.
